i updated the calendar to include MDM II, so you'll know what times lecture and group sessions are at, and what readings you have to do each day to prep for them. note: i didn't bother making separate groups and listing out the group rooms, so make sure you figure out where your clinical epidemiology (MWF) and literature critique (TTh) groups meet. . .
also, i wanted to provide a permalink to the MDM II web-based program (you can find this on the left side of the infoplex homepage as well, under "Resources - Academic"):
next time you see el presidente, offer him a hearty congratulations on becoming the brand new
EXECUTIVE senate vice president!
but wait! there's even more zolo domination of executive senate: congrats to lindsay kuo (treasurer), leslie kim (secretary), and jason rho (student organizations chair). our senators aren't just zolo supahstahs anymore - they're feinberg supahstahs.
good luck on tomorrow's test, everyone! let's dominate it the same way we did for the neuroanatomy practical. . .

Well since we didn't get any more pictures of Maynard this week, here's my pup instead. This is Roxie hangin' out in the Texas bluebonnets during spring break. Maybe if we all think warm thoughts we'll get some spring weather here too.
Anyone else with some pet pics? They could be the next pet star of the week.

learning neuroanatomy through cartoons
okay, so maybe these don't have that much learning value (although you could certainly make a case for the latter), but they're just too fun not to post:
Δ CSA: (Dresner/Bennet) review for CSA Exam? Δ PEX: (Didwania/Rhinehart) read for Eye Exam? Δ PBL: do your PBL learning issue? Δ CCF: do any CCF stuff you need to do? Δ UNIT: review neuroanatomy for Practical Exam on 4/27?
so in case you're wondering why audionotes have been somewhat. . .erm, lacking (actually, outright missing), you can blame a mixture of bad luck and utter incompetence.
Grand Emperor Pham's computer experienced minor problems Thursday morning (or maybe it was catastrophic hard drive failure requiring reformatting, I forget which), so 223 and 224 went sadly unrecorded. as for 225? Lowly Peon (wait, those shouldn't be capitalized) biswas managed to set his maximum file recording time to 4:00.
that sounds fine until you realize it's in minutes and seconds, not hours and minutes.
Δ PEX: do Breast Exam readings + check your schedule? Δ CDM: read Session 3 Kleinman and UNC excerpt? Δ UNIT: catch up on anatomy/lectures? Δ Just Because: buy a forecasting stone?
One week through the unit / I'm not gonna kidja / We still got work to do / So I'm gonna ask didja:
Δ PEX: do Neurologic readings (no PPS attire needed)? Δ CDM: read about your assigned cultural group? Δ LAB: catch up on anatomy? Δ Just Because: tell a stranger about your pisiform bone?
